Do you think the reason the Genome Soldiers are trying to defeat Snake is because Jim Houseman hired them? Jim Houseman did say he would be back in Episode 33.

While I can see Richard doing something like that, I think it's more likely that Dark Mario, or someone on his side, hired them since Act II is supposed to be serious. Then again Jim could be working for Nox now.

I don't think that Richie planned Jim to return into the movie! It's more about the Darkness and Nox Decious!
