wat would be kool is have like this big photo of all you guys on the front then like Stupid Mario Brothers or like Johnny Mushroom and the Kingdoms on the back in big letters

I feel as though I must point out that the BBC cracks down like nobodies business on videos put up on Youtube and yet there are hundreds of Doctor Who T-shirts on Cafepress and such. If the BBC doesn't seem to care, I seriously doubt Nintendo cares.

Hold on-
Potter Puppet Pals has T-Shirts with Charachter's names and I highly doubt they got permision to sell them. Lendary Frog is Even selling Mugs with pictures of Sauron on them, and I don't see any big news on their website saying they were sued.

I say roll with the Bulbasaur! (Just spell it wrong and don't show a picture of it on the shirt

That's because Potter Puppet Pals is a parody of Harry Potter and consists of it's own images that Warner Brothers has no rights to. All Super Mario costumes and images are copyrighted by Nintendo. So a picture of them in costume would be sue-able. At one point they had t-shirts with Stupid Mario pictures on them but Nintendo threatened to sue them so they were taken off.

Maybe try something more straightforward like just "Stupid Mario Brothers" on the front of the shirt. I know that may teetering on the edge of copyright infringement, but I would much rather have a shirt that says the name of the show, rather than the name of a band that we saw in two episodes.

And if I make fan shirt what I wanted.. I like it's something cool/funny picture and logo.
Maybe something inside joke or something. I think video "Super Mario Drive-Thru" can made some really funny shirt!

I was watching Viva la Bam and they have shirts that read, 'Listen to CKY.' Well, I think you should do something like, 'Listen to JMK.' Just plain and simple like theirs. They would be cute. And then on the back the shirt list, youtube.com/richalvarez.

"What can brown do for you?" is not copyright, it's advertising. +, Richie's dad was a UPS Man! He has every right to put that on a T-shirt!
