The only thing that I would like to know is where DID the Darkness get a beam sword? I hope either Rich or Chris comes on and gives us a definite answer because I've got theories left and right about how he got it.

There is no real answer. I'm leaving it a mystery. But honestly, I just wanted them to fight, I did not want to add a subplot about the Darkness getting the saber back. I felt it would take too long.

Well, what I noticed is that in Part 4 after Luigi vanquishes Nox Decious, Mario throws down the saber at about 10:23. The Darkness could have simply searched for and found it there...

Idk why, but I thought the last battle between Wario and the Darkness rolled about a little too quickly. :L

If there was a 'director's cut' version, that final battle scene should be an EPIC struggle.

I'm probably just being skeptical, but oh well...

I think that the battle had a whole lot of talking in it...too much for me. I thought it was a good length though.

And the Darkness has alot of chains, lol. Wonder where he got THOSE

9/10 only for the sole reson I had a complaint:

The CounterCurse. What was is exactly? A saying of words? An item? Was is involved in the fight in any way? I watched the whole thing and I never saw any reference to a CounterCurse throughout the whole fight. If it were an item, it should've specified, because it now leaves me confused.

Other than that, great fight, alas with those camera shots that periodically amazed me.

The Counter Curse was a spoken spell. I can understand your confusion because it was kind of hidden. Anyway, at about 5:15 in Part 6, when Wario has The Darkness pinned to the ground, he says "Obscurem Absentis Humanis." As Wii Master pointed out, the words are in Latin. It's hard to hear because the music is so loud, but if you go back and watch it again immediately after he says the spell you hear a ghost-like swish. This signifies the counter curse has worked, and that the Darkness is no longer immortal. Good question though!

That's not what I got in the translation. I got Darkness Absent Kindness.
