Name: Ishcarnius "Ishcar" Thon'dre A.K.A. ???((Will edit once I've figured out an alternate name)) Gender: Male Hometown:Bestal, the capital of the small country of Angald, off the western coast of Europe. It is a land which many people seem perplexed by, as it is far ahead in technology, but not in the way that you'd think. They have planes, yes, and they have trains, but they are run on different sources than you would think. No coal, no electricy. Rather, they seem to use the actual molecules around them to run different machinery of sorts, as well as produce energy for their homes. The exact way they go about doing this is unknown, but they like to keep it to themselves, although they do send out spies to learn the languages and geographies of different nations and their religions, including Christianity and others. With this abnormal ability, it is not unlikely that people with somewhat strange abilities may originate from this place, however, not many of them seem to be too terribly linked to the spiritual. The government running this runs similar to The mid-eval England, with dukes, knights, and kings. However, unlike that time, the peasants are treated with respect, although royalty has a tendency to look down on them once every few rulers.
Location: Moscow, Russia
Physical Appearance:Severely skinny, to the point that he seems to be skin and bones, although he maintains a fair amount of muscles. 5'11, with light, untanned skin, although not pale or oriental. His hair is slightly curly, although mostly straight. It is also a radiant shade of strawberry-red, hard to miss as it seems to almost glisten in the sun when shined, even so, it is still long and wild in its current state.
Age:19
Personality Traits: Snobbish, rude, and totally uncaring of other people's problems, with certain exclusions. These are the traits that used to describe Ishcar. However, in his current state, he has learned, atleast slightly, some new traits, such as humility, patience, a slight amount of morality has slipped in. However, he still lacks politeness and its not unlikely that he would exhibit these older emotions.
Abilities: He is able to sense, affect, feel, and((after developing in time)) even see or hear certain spirits or entities.
Background on attaining the ability: It is unknown exactly how he attained this ability. However, it comes to stand that after he lost his mother and was sent to jail for the crime, he had no way to express himself in his chilling environment without using too much energy, which might cause his body to not have enough energy to maintain itself at a temperature that would atleast keep him alive, it seems that his brain and mind began to form unusual perception and ability in order to keep itself from simply rotting into nothingness. It could also be that Ishcar’s mother’s death caused something in his emotions to be torn off, maybe a veil of some sort of spiritual perception. Or maybe it was just sheer luck. Whether or not these abilities are the only ones that came with this dreadful imprisonment, he himself has yet to see.
Weapons: Although he has none at the moment, the young man is skilled with long swords and a regional type of martial arts, something that is taught to royalty, or those who are related to them. He will not just use these, though. In fact, he will use just about anything to fight or survive if forced.
Background: Raised as any son of the Duke would, he himself often disliked learning, although he was eventually forced take in all the learning about the world and nations surrounding Angald, including different languages, although he never got around to learning them all. Even so, he learned to think himself superior over the peasants because of his heritage, often treating them rudely and brutally, and the king himself did not think much of it, although he disapprove of it. However, at the age of seventeen, Ishcar found himself sweating, awake, in his bed. He would learn later, by rushing to his mother’s room when he was attracted by several noises of a chaotic and destructive matter, that she was dead. She was the only person in the world he had ever cared about. As he held her close, sobbing in tears, the guards arrived, as well as his brother, they noticed his blood on her hands. Quickly, his brother, who was a full-fledged adult in their society, accused his brother of murder, and commanded the guards to arrest him. He was quickly tried, found guilty, and exiled to a Russian prison in Moscow. Why Moscow, no one knew, but they obeyed his brother’s orders. Two years later, Ishcar’s figure had changed rather drastically, he was no longer a powerful, important political figure, but rather, he was now forced to accept that he would be here for the rest of his life, accused of murder of the only person he cared for, never to see his home country again, being an exile. As he was kept in the most shut-off cell in the entire prison, however, something would change. And that change would begin this day.
