YET ANOTHER EDIT! Its the middle of summer, and that comes with new songs!
Summer Band Songs that haven't been listed previously (below). I also took out all the links, because they took up a LOT of space.
ALSO! If you scroll down, you can see Summer band songs from previous years, but we are replaying some of them this year. I have colored the names. As well as a song that makes it for the third time in 2 years for my band

Andalusia
Malaguena
Legends of Pop and Rock: Beatles
John Williams Fantasy of Flight
Dixieland Funeral

And many more, that STILL escape my knowledge, although I have played them...
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Here are some songs my school band performed.

Edited Again: New songs for the next concert:
American Visions (Its a take on America the Beautiful)
Presidents March
On the Mall
Pirates of the Caribbean: At Worlds end consisting of Hoist the Colors, Up is Down, One Day, and Drink up me Hearties

For whatever reason this year (YES!) we are not playing Instant Concert, which is listed below.

Older Songs
Prelude, Sciliano, Rondo
Prelude and Fantasy
This one i had the most trouble finding a good recording: Havendance by Holsinger
Symphonic Dance #3 Fiesta by Clifton Williams
Arsenal by Jan Van der Roost

Edit: Heres the music we played our summer band (LAST YEAR), its a hella lot of music. 25 songs originally, i think, but not all will be posted. Once again, none of these are actual recordings of my band
John Williams: The Symphonic Marches
Instant Concert
El Relicario
El Capitan
On the Mall
Clarinet Candy
Blue Tango
In the mood

We had a hella lot of marches that decided not to put in here. we also had stuff from the Dark Knight, but i couldn't find a good video for that either

Have any school songs you want to share with the world?

sorry, i think you're confused at that, I live just outside Boston, I was just saying that the song was written for the ISU band. But our band conductor asked if we could play it, and we did

Summer Band year 3 is in full swing! We have our concert in 2 weeks, so if you happen to be driving through Southern Massachusetts on the (9th?) and see a band playing on the concert, come watch!

Side note: Band Camp starts on the 23rd, goes to the 27th so I won't be on in those afternoons.

Lastly: Bump! (Apologies for the double post)

We have a concert coming up this week, and its going to be a lot of fun. The four songs we are playing are
English folk song Suite- It contains 3 movements. The first contains parts of Pretty Caroline and Dives and Lazarus, among others. The second is 'My Bonny Boy' and 'Themes from Green Bushes'. And the third has Blow away the morning Dew, High Germany, and John Barleycorn, with one other that I don't quite remember.

A Home Alone Christmas-the Plaza Hotel, My Christmas Tree, and Setting the Trap are three of the six parts to that song

Festive Sounds of Hanukkah. This one has more pieces than I care to put here.

And Sleigh Ride, by Leroy Anderson. Its a lot of fun, but it annoys me that it is missing a measure in my part.

We also received, practiced, and recorded another song, Tiger March, for the middle school band in a single day. It wasn't too bad.

On a side note, most of the music we are playing comes from this website, so you can listen to GOOD RECORDINGS of most of the songs. Just enter the song name in the search bar and click the "listen" option (If it has one).

www.jwpepper.com

So now I don't need to find crappy youtube recordings.

Here are our most recent pieces.
-El Camino Real--> Its a lot of fun to play, but its not easy. (Not on JDubs, but the first youtube response is a great recording)
-Be Thou my Vision--> Some Chorale. I like the sound of some parts of it
-Il Bersagliere--> The Italian Rifleman. It has some good parts, especially for the low brass, and also is pretty easy.

And for Jazz Band
Agua de Beber (Jobim, Arr. Mossman).
Basie Straight Ahead (Nestico)
That's How we Roll (Goodwin)
