I agree with you on most of these, although I can't say I've played any of the newer games of many of them.

I can't really think of too many examples at the moment, but I can say that most sequel games (especially nintendo's) have really gone downhill.

Am I the only one who doesn't like 3d mario games? I much prefer smb 1,2, and 3 over 64.

You didn't like that new Banjo Kazooie they came out with? (never played, but I heard it was fairly decent)

It was crap. I could see how some people would like it, but it was like taking a big Jigglypuff on my childhood. Vehicle custimization my overalls.

Unfortunately i tink fire emblem will b dead soon. They only come up with 2 or 3 games per continent and they have 2 make an entire new story. I like fire emblem, but seriously, its not going anywhere...

Also, the Mario Striker games. They aren't so great.

No they arent. They're just rehashing old ideas, without bringing any new gameplay to the table. Play 1 Pokemon game, and youve played them all.

that is 100% true. But, for some reason, they keep bribing people, like me, back. I own one game from every season. So I've yet to consider it dead.
