these a starting to become banners rather than sigs, and bad ones at that

things in a sig gotta flow, don't repeat the same thing over and over again, ESPECIALLY a badly rendered picture, and the effect......I would have at least made them green

Make a new layer, put only those light-like brushes in that layer [NOTHING ELSE] then click Colors > Colorize and make it green.

But why do you put random names on your sigs? If it's for what ML said, I'm pretty sure he meant the plain font you always use...

The "Test Sig" looks a lot like a wallpaper. ANd I've noticed you always use that BG. I suggest using the Gradient tool. And how did you make the avy?
