I donated a big batch of money and I wasn't mentioned...

Hey guys,

I'm not sure if you remember me... I donated back before the idea of the movie was even really expressed to the public.

You mentioned in one of your videos that you were a few hundred dollars short of making your budget so you could continue to produce SMB and I was happy to oblige with a very big (or at least I thought it was pretty big) donation, the donation number was the exact size you needed for your budget... I don't remember the exact number...

Richie actually even contacted me on skype and had a conversation with me... it was kinda creepy, but he was a cool guy... I dunno why he wanted to skype me... maybe he liked my style.

Anyways, I was told that everyone who donated would be mentioned in the credits at the end of a series or something... and then it got changed to a movie. I've been telling my friends to watch for the past while and when the movie came out, I scrolled through the list at least 4 times looking for my name.

I'm pretty sure I donated more than anyone else has... and although it's not a contest I can't believe you guys just forgot me. I did read something which said if you missed our name we should email you... but I've emailed you about 4 times and gotten no response.

Am I outta luck here guys?

PS: Sorry for any rudeness, I'm sure you can understand my concern. I assume this wasn't intentional but things are lookin a bit strange due to me not being able to email you, richie not being visible on my skype anymore and things almost being finished.

Yeah, if you messaged them then they'll get back to you. If you want to know if they got your email contact them on the forums.

Alright, we know your situation and if you want confirmation that they received your information and will include you in the credits, then contact them on the forums. There is nothing we can do about it.

You thought it was creepy? Most people on this forum would love to talk to me. Sorry if you thought it was creepy, I was just trying to be nice.

As far as the money thing goes, I am sorry for the confusion, we only starting keeping track of people who donated after we posted the video saying to donate for the movie.

We wanted to put the names of everyone who donated before that, but we had already lost that information and had no way of knowing who donated.

And since you hardly ever come on here, I forgot about about it.

If you want, just give me the name you want to use and I'll put it in the ACT II Credits.

Sorry Richi, I didn't mean to be offensive. You have to remember it was kind of an awkward conversation "soooo uhhh, you want to give us money?" "Uhhhh yeah" "Okay well then, let's do that."

I definitely appreciate you taking the time to talk to me and was just trying to be funny wtih my "creepy" comment. Obviously "trying" is the key word there.
