I mean the green "fuzz" on the outside
Well if you want the real answer it was probably suppost to have a green outline and a yellow glow but Rich simplified it for this episode so that he would have to do less with it. I'm sure if it was going to have a green outline in episode 44 Rich would still be editing it.

Yeah, I thought the same thing. I would probablynever work that long on something that short so great job Rich on the episode again!
And yes he probably would still be working on it (I thought the glow may of been the inside lining on the saber so I said fuzz later)
I just came to another explination. Maybe it had to do with Reactivation. Like when the saber is fully charged it has a yellow glow and as it runs out of power the glow turns to green. Kinda like the old GameBoy Advance and how it had a green light and as the battery was depleted it turned to red, then a faint red and eventually turned off.

well, what i don't understand is the fact that like 5 mins after wario puts it together, it goes off. that was kind-of weird.

Someone probably used it before him. Like if I played my DS for a while, the next person to pick it up wouldnt have a full charge. You know?

but he had just rebuilt the thing, and the nether emblems had been lost for years. it should have been fully charged.

well he did have a fight to the death to Mario first and the Nether Emblems were seperated for centuries, they're not gonna start off at full power.

The reason it is yellow now is explained in 45 - Merlin explains how the colors of a beam sword reflect the person. The core represents there soul, And because Wario was conflicted, the outer color kept changing.

Also, The nether saber never actually needed to be recharged. Merlin turned off the nether saber once wario got it, and as "Nilrem" he made him recharge it.

And why was Wario going hardest on Mario? I dont see any reason for Wario to hate Mario more than Luigi or Waluigi.

In ep 45, Merlin said that Wario belvied that Mario was the source of his prolems, or somthing like that
