May I ask what kind of paper you are using? It looks smudgy and sort of rough in texture on my screen.

It's pretty cheap, generic sketch pad paper. Yeah, the texture in the final scan really bugged me at first. So I tried to clean it out in the computer. (Note my first drawing of Richie and Chris and my Playing With Fire - Matt) The result was pretty awful. So I've kinda just accepted the paper texture. Do you have any tips on how to fix it?

Actually I think the texture of the paper makes it look better :) . I couldn't pick out anything that needed improvement in that sketch! I love them!
